What is the Advisor Inbox Agent Pack?
A set of four ready to import n8n workflows that work as an AI email assistant for independent travel advisors on Gmail. They triage the inbox, draft follow ups for cooling leads, roll supplier email into one digest and write a morning brief. They only add labels and save drafts, so you approve every reply.
How is it different from a monthly AI inbox tool?
It is a one time purchase that runs in your own n8n and Gmail, not a new platform or inbox to move into. You pay n8n and your AI provider directly at their rates, and your email never passes through our servers.
Will it ever email my clients on its own?
No. It can only add labels and save drafts. You review and send.
What happens to emails with passports or card numbers?
They are caught by a filter before any AI step, their content is never sent anywhere, and they get a skip label so you can handle them by hand. You can keep anything else private with one Gmail exclude label.
Do I need to code?
No. You import 4 files, connect Gmail and your AI account, and create 9 labels. The guide targets under 45 minutes, and setup support is included if you want a hand.
What do I need?
Gmail or Google Workspace, an n8n account (Cloud or self hosted), and an AI account such as OpenAI. Claude, Gemini or a local model also work. Outlook is planned for a later version.
What does it cost to run?
You pay n8n and your AI provider directly at their rates. The default uses a small, low cost model.
I use Tern. Is this for me?
Tern already offers AI that reviews emails and drafts replies, so you may not need it. This pack is for advisors working straight from Gmail.
Does it work for travel agents at a host agency?
Yes, as long as you work from your own Gmail or Google Workspace inbox. It runs on your accounts, not your host agency's systems.
Can my assistant use it too?
Yes, if they work in the same Gmail. Labels and drafts are visible to anyone with access to the inbox.
