This policy explains what information Brilliant Pieces Inc. (“Brilliant Pieces,” “we,” “us”) collects through brilliantpieces.tech and our products, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact form. When you book a strategy call, we collect your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, industry, and a description of your workflow challenge.
• Email. If you email us, we keep the messages and your contact details so we can reply and follow up.
• Purchases. When you buy a product, our payment processors (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy) collect your payment details. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive order details such as your name, email, billing country, items bought, and payment status.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance. The Site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and schedule calls
• To deliver products, provide support, and process refunds
• To run, secure, and improve the Site
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Payment processing: Stripe, Lemon Squeezy
• Hosting: Vercel
• Email and workflow tools we use to handle inquiries and deliver products

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We keep inquiry and customer records as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax and accounting records, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails, by emailing support@brilliantpieces.tech. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site and our products are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
