Terms of Service

Effective date: October 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of brilliantpieces.tech (the “Site”) and to any product or service you buy from Brilliant Pieces Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“Brilliant Pieces,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

We design and build AI agents and workflow automation. We offer (a) digital products such as AI agent packs and workflow templates, and (b) custom services such as consulting, automation builds, and ongoing support under a separate written agreement, proposal, or invoice (“Service Agreement”).

2. Accounts and accurate information

You agree to give accurate contact and billing information and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity under any account or license key issued to you.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe or Lemon Squeezy. When Lemon Squeezy processes your order, it may act as the merchant of record, and its terms also apply to that purchase. You authorize us and our processors to charge the payment method you provide. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales of digital products are final once delivered. If a product fails to deliver or does not work as described, we fix it or replace it, and we refund the purchase only if we cannot. We also refund duplicate charges. Full details, including how refunds work for custom services, are in our Refund Policy.

5. License for digital products

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a non exclusive, non transferable license to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product, in original or modified form, as a standalone product. We keep all ownership rights in our products.

6. Custom services

Scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and ownership of work product for custom services are set by the Service Agreement. If the Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use our products and the outputs of any AI agent or automation, including reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for complying with laws that apply to your business. You agree not to use our products or the Site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, or interfere with the Site's operation.

8. No professional advice

Brilliant Pieces builds software and automation. We are not a bank, broker, investment adviser, money transmitter, custodian, or law firm, and we do not hold or move client funds or digital assets. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice. Tools we build for finance, legal, life sciences, or other regulated areas support your own teams' work. You remain responsible for your regulatory obligations and for any decision made using an output.

9. Third party services

Our products may connect to third party tools (for example email, CRM, or AI model providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, our brand, and our content belong to Brilliant Pieces or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as these Terms allow.

11. Disclaimers

Except as stated in a Service Agreement, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not promise that any product will be error free or produce a specific business result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Brilliant Pieces is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Brilliant Pieces harmless from claims arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
